Recently, Adam Ismail, Head of STBB’s Corporate and Commercial Law department, and Senior Associate, Claudia Gees, successfully advised Vunani Fund Managers and Vunani Capital on a strategic merger in the financial services industry.
The transaction, which was implemented earlier this month following the fulfilment of all suspensive conditions, sees Vunani Fund Managers merge with Sentio Capital Management to establish a consolidated fund management business with more than R60 billion in managed assets.
