CLAUDIA GEES

Claudia graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelors of Commerce (Economics with Law) and an LLB, and is a Senior Associate in STBB’s Corporate/Commercial Department, advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. She specialises in company law, general commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring and, in particular, has experience in advising on commercial property and finance related transactions. Claudia’s experience includes negotiating and drafting various corporate/commercial agreements, including sale of shares agreements, sale of business agreements, shareholders agreements, loan and other security agreements, in addition to agreements required to give effect to corporate restructurings and schemes.
