We confirm that the Pretoria deeds office has now confirmed their December 2021 arrangements in anticipation of their closures over the festive season.
For that office, the following applies:
• There will be extended hours for registration in the period from the 15th to the 23rd;
• The estimated last day for lodgements will be the 6th of December 2021;
• The last day for registrations will be the 23rd of December 2021; and
• They will re-open on the 3rd of January 2022.
We remain committed to do our best to register your transaction on your chosen date and are closely liaising with all other role-players whose closing dates may differ.
