During this time we are experiencing extreme delays at the Deeds Office due to the adjusted Level 4 restrictions and the Deeds Office now working with one third the number of employees.
The status quo will remain until the adjusted level 4 is lifted. For now, we know that it will be in place until the 26th July.
For this reason it is not possible to advise you on the estimated date of transfer for your matter. However, we remain committed to ensuring that your transfer takes place as soon as possible. Our Conveyancers are attending the Deeds Office on a daily basis, and we are all doing our very best under these circumstances.
We remain confident, however, that the Deeds Office will do everything possible to make up the delays once they are back to normal.
