We confirm that the Cape Town deeds office has now confirmed their December 2021 arrangements in anticipation of their closure over the festive season.
For that office, the following applies:
• The last day for registrations is 22 December 2021; and
• The estimated last day of lodgements is 13 December 2021.
• They will re-open on the 3rd of January 2022.
The deeds office noted that these dates are however subject to change at the discretion of the Registrar.
We remain committed to do our best to register your transaction on your chosen date and are closely liaising with all other role-players whose closing dates may differ.
