TIAAN ESTERHUYSE

Tiaan Esterhuyse joined STBB as a candidate attorney in 2008 and was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2010. Tiaan specializes in all areas of property law, conveyancing and notarial work. His expertise includes assisting with the structuring of various property transactions, drafting of agreements, notarial contracts and liaising with and guiding clients and business partners through the entire transfer and registration process. After spending 6 years at the firm’s Cape Town branch, Tiaan moved to Johannesburg in 2014 and facilitated STBB’s merger with Richard Van Schalkwyk Attorneys, after which he managed the firm’s Bedfordview branch until December of 2018. In 2019 he relocated back to the Western Cape and settled in Onrus River. During 2019 Tiaan joined the STBB Helderberg team and worked from the STBB Somerset West branch until April 2022. In May 2022 Tiaan opened the STBB Hermanus branch and is determined to grow the firm’s footprint in the Overberg and spend the remainder of his career practising in Hermanus and the surrounding areas.
