Sinalo is an admitted Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer. Based at STBB's East London branch, she is an Associate in the Conveyancing department. Sinalo has a broad range of conveyancing and notarial experience including but not limited to, commercial bonds, estate late transfers, property subdivisions and consolidations, residential and commercial transfers, execution and registration of servitudes, antenuptial contracts, and notarial authentication. She is a people’s person and is an excellent negotiator who enjoys sharing her knowledge by facilitating training sessions for property practitioners. Sinalo has a passion for property law, and endeavours to deliver quality service to her clients. Outside of work, Sinalo is a dedicated mother to her three-year-old son, and is a self-confessed foodie who enjoys cooking and sampling diverse cuisines.
