NIEL GRUNDLINGH

Niel is a Director at STBB Attorneys at the Tyger Valley branch in Cape Town, and has more than 14 years post qualification experience. He specialises in dispute resolution and the negotiation and conclusion of commercial agreements, in various sectors, for South African and foreign corporations. He has advised on multi-jurisdictional agreements pertaining to manufacturing, distribution, and sale in the pharmaceutical industry; mergers and acquisitions of corporate entities; large construction contracts; agreements pertaining to renewable energy and property developments. In the sphere of dispute resolution, he regularly represents clients in the insolvency, business rescue, construction, credit law, and property fields. Niel has a right of appearance in the High Court and represents clients in several jurisdictions in South Africa, including the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court.
