NICOLE MENTOOR

Nicole obtained her Baccalaureus Commerii (Law) in 2010 and her Baccalaureus Legum (LLB) in 2012 at the University of the Western Cape. She joined STBB in 2012 as a candidate attorney and was promoted to Associate in 2014. She initially worked in the Cape Town head office’s conveyancing department where she dealt with residential property transfers and related matters, administration of estates and estate transfers, divorce transfers, rectification transfers, registration of antenuptial contracts and more. She is currently working in our bond registration department as a Senior Associate and deals with all aspects related to residential mortgage bond registrations.
