MONIQUE ERASMUS

Monique is an Attorney, Notary Public, and Accredited Mediator practising as a Senior Associate at STBB Helderberg. She obtained her LLB from the University of the Free State in 2009. In 2012, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court with rights of appearance and as Notary Public in 2015. She received her accreditation as commercial Mediator in 2025.

Monique specialises in property law litigation. With over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of the law, she brings a diverse and seasoned perspective to every matter she handles. Whether through rigorous advocacy or structured mediation, Monique’s goal is to provide efficient and solution-driven results for her clients.

Beyond the desk, Monique is usually found embracing the outdoors, is deeply passionate about family, an avid reader, and believes there is no better way to recharge than by sharing a laugh with those closest to you.
