MISCHE SEPTEMBER

Mische is an Associate, Attorney, and Conveyancer based at STBB East London. She graduated with an LLB from Nelson Mandela University in 2018. Thereafter, Mische completed her articles of clerkship at a boutique law firm, focusing on litigation and conveyancing. She was subsequently admitted as an Attorney in March 2022, specialising in general civil litigation, debt collection, eviction proceedings, and family law. Pursuing her passion for property law, Mische later qualified as a Conveyancer in 2023. Currently, she focuses on correspondent conveyancing and handles a broad range of matters related to conventional property and sectional titles, including opening sectional title schemes, consolidations, subdivisions, estate transfers, mortgage bonds, and notarial deeds. Mische values hard work and is committed to providing efficient client service.
