MICHELLE MALUKA

Michelle is an Associate in the Property Law and Conveyancing department at STBB Centurion. She holds an LLB from the University of Limpopo, conferred in 2019. Michelle was admitted as an Attorney in 2021, a Notary in 2023, and a Conveyancer in 2024. Following her admission as a Conveyancer, she transitioned from litigation to focus exclusively on conveyancing, where she has developed experience in managing property transfers and bond registrations. Her role involves preparing deeds for lodgement, attending the Deeds Office daily for the execution of deeds, addressing and resolving examination notes arising during the registration process, and facilitating transfer and bond signings with clients. Michelle’s professional strengths include legal research, contract review, due diligence, client relationship management, and attention to detail. These skills, together with her commitment to professional excellence and client service, support her in facilitating efficient and seamless property transactions.
