Maryke is a Senior Associate of the firm and practicing Attorney and Conveyancer based at STBB Claremont.

As Property Law Specialist, Maryke focuses on the registration of transfer of conventional residential erven, sectional title property, commercial transactions and the transfer of agricultural land. Maryke further attends to the drafting of Agreements of Sale, Donation, and Exchange of Immovable Property as well as ancillary specialized contracts. She further concludes property registrations in respect of transactions between juristic entities, foreign non-residents and zero-rated transactions for the sale of going concerns.

As Winner of the 2018 Women in Property Regional Award for the Western Cape and proud STBB Brand Ambassador, Maryke enjoys hosting regular legal updates for Estate Agents, Investors, Financiers and Business Partners alike and believes most of all in the value of teamwork and dependable relationships.
