MARYKE HENNIG

Maryke is a Senior Associate based at STBB Claremont. She graduated with an LLB from the University of Stellenbosch in 2012 and was subsequently admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in early 2014. Specialising in all aspects of property law and conveyancing, Maryke attends to inter alia conventional and sectional title transfers, subdivision and consolidation of land, shareblock transactions, and the drafting of residential and commercial lease agreements, specialised ancillary contracts, and complex sale agreements. In addition, her expertise extends to property finance, transactional negotiation and dispute resolution, and advising on the tax-related implications of the sale and purchase of immovable property.

A dedicated and consummate legal professional, Maryke’s practice is characterised by a commitment to excellence and a passion for the property law sphere. ‘Big’ in character and ‘small’ in her personal approach, Maryke invests intensely in her clients and utilises her experience and legal acumen to provide them with expert legal solutions.
