MARTIN SHEARD

Martin originates from the Eastern Cape and is a Stellenbosch University graduate. After practising in the Eastern Cape for some years, he joined STBB in 1994. Martin is a Conveyancer who specialises in the commercial aspects of property transactions, as well as property developments and all related matters. He acts on behalf of numerous large property developers and his expertise and considerable knowledge are sought after in the development industry. Martin is a keen and active sportsman and a dedicated family man. He is based at STBB Claremont.
