MARTIN SHEARD

Martin originates from the Eastern Cape and is a Stellenbosch University Graduate and after practising in the Eastern Cape for some years, joined STBB in 1994. Martin is a Conveyancer and specialises in the commercial aspects of property transactions as well as property developments and all aspects relating thereto. He acts on behalf of numerous large property developers and his expertise and considerable knowledge are sought after in the development industry. Martin is a keen and active sportsman and a dedicated family man. Martin is based and manages our Claremont branch.
