MARLIZE SWART

Marlize Swart joined the firm in 2013. She is a Director and Head of the Centurion branch. She studied at the University of Pretoria and obtained the BCom Law and LLB (cum laude) degrees. She has been practicing for more than 25 years as Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public. She is passionate about property law in general and specialises in conveyancing transactions relating to residential and commercial property as well as notarial work. Her expertise includes assisting with the structuring of various property transactions, drafting of agreements, notarial contracts and liaising with and guiding clients and business partners through the entire transfer and registration process. She places a high premium on professional integrity. She has expert knowledge of Correspondent work and attends the Pretoria Deeds Office on a daily basis. Client service remains her utmost priority and that is evident in the lasting client relationships that she has built up over the years.
