MARETHA DELPORT

Maretha is an Associate in STBB Cape Town’s Property Law and Conveyancing department. She graduated with a BA in Hospitality Management, an LLB, and an LLM in Competition Law. An admitted Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public, Maretha assists with property transfers from instruction to registration, the drafting of various commercial and notarial agreements, the registration of commercial property finance, mortgage, and notarial bonds, and large developments. Prior to joining STBB, she gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry and real estate sector. In her free time, Maretha enjoys volunteering at animal shelters and exploring Cape Town.
