JULIA LAMPRECHT

Julia is an Associate in the Property Law and Conveyancing department at STBB Cape Town. An admitted Attorney and Conveyancer, she graduated with a BA and LLB from the University of Cape Town in 2020 and 2023, respectively. In her current role, Julia assists with property transfers from instruction to registration, the registration of mortgage and notarial bonds, and large-scale developments, and attends to the drafting of sale agreements and various ancillary contracts. Prior to joining STBB, she worked in research where she gained valuable legal experience. An accomplished piano player who enjoys mountain biking and running marathons, Julia has strong problem-solving, teamwork, and analytical skills.
