JOHAN BEYERS

Johan is an Associate specialising in property law and conveyancing based at STBB Helderberg. He obtained an LLB from the University of the Free State in 2021. Johan was admitted as an Attorney and Notary Public in 2022, and as a Conveyancer in 2023. In his current role, he forms part of the Development Law Unit. Johan works closely on a range of residential property developments, which includes managing various developments from inception to registration. Beyond property law, he is an accredited civil mediator and a member of the Family Mediators’ Association of the Cape, which enhances his negotiation and dispute resolution skills. A calm and meticulous professional, Johan is committed to delivering exceptional client service and is well known for going the extra mile.
