JAYAAN BENJAMIN

Jayaan is an Associate in the Conveyancing department at STBB Claremont. She graduated with an LLB from the University of the Western Cape in 2021, whereafter she completed her articles of clerkship with STBB. During her studies, Jayaan made the Dean's Merit List, earning her a place on the Top Achievers Programme and an invitation to join the Golden Key International Honour Society. During articles, Jayaan was exposed to all aspects of conveyancing, including municipal valuation objections. At present, she specialises in retail and development conveyancing, with a particular focus on commercial property transactions. In her free time, Jayaan enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring new places.
