HELEN NAUDE

Helen is a Director specialising in property law and conveyancing at the Sandton branch. She obtained her LLB from the University of South Africa in 2005, and was subsequently admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2005 and Notary Public in 2008. Prior to her admission, Helen completed her articles of clerkship in conveyancing, which has added to her many years of experience in the property law field. Before joining STBB, Helen was a founding partner in a small, well-known Johannesburg conveyancing firm. As such, she has built up a good track record in the Johannesburg property industry. In addition to her extensive experience, Helen has advanced knowledge on the Deeds Registries Act, Regulations and Circulars, Deeds Office procedures, subdivision of property, and the drafting of complex conveyancing documents and sale agreements. Helen works well under pressure and maintains an analytical approach to overcome challenges and devise practical solutions for her clients.
