EWIN MICHAEL

Ewin is an Associate practising at the STBB Claremont and Noordhoek branches. He graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with an LLB in 2022, focusing on Property Law and Family Law. During his time at university, Ewin engaged in student leadership programmes and served as head of Aurora, a private student organisation, in 2021. He also worked as a Writing Skills tutor for first-year law students during his final year of study. Ewin completed his articles of clerkship with STBB and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2024. He specialises in retail and development conveyancing, with a particular interest in affordable housing. To that end, Ewin actively attends and participates in conferences aimed at enhancing infrastructure and housing in South Africa.
