EMMA GROBBELAAR

Emma is a Golden Key Member at the University of Stellenbosch where she graduated with a BA LLB degree in 2015 and 2018, respectively. In the final year of her LLB degree Emma attended the University of Amsterdam where she was enrolled in a six-month international law master’s program. Emma specialises in general and commercial litigation and is located at our Claremont branch, practicing as a Senior Associate. Emma is involved in running both Magistrate Court and High Court litigation as well as arbitrations, which includes insolvency proceedings, contractual disputes, evictions and rent collection. Outside of the office Emma enjoys outdoor sporting activities such as running and hiking.
