DIANE SNYMAN

Diane is a Senior Associate Attorney, Notary Public, and Conveyancer based at STBB Cape Town. With more than 25 years’ experience in the conveyancing profession, she has extensive Deeds Office and property development experience and is highly regarded for her technical knowledge, attention to detail, and practical approach to complex property transactions. Diane completed her legal studies while working full-time and subsequently achieved her triple admission. Her practice focuses on property law and conveyancing, with particular expertise in residential property, mortgage bonds, and all aspects of sectional title, including the establishment, registration, and related complexities of sectional title schemes. As a Notary Public, she attends to antenuptial contracts, cohabitation and life partnership agreements, wills, and the certification and apostille of documents for use abroad. Diane is also passionate about mentoring candidate attorneys and new conveyancing professionals and sharing her extensive practical knowledge of the profession.
