ARMAND COETZEE

Armand studied at the University of the Free State and obtained his Bcom Law degree in 2000, and his LLB degree in 2002. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2003, as a Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2005. In 2009 he obtained a diploma in Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts at the University of Johannesburg. Since being admitted as a Notary Public and Conveyancer Armand has been specializing in property law and contracts (drafting, reviewing and negotiating), but also has sound experience in various aspects of litigation. Before Armand joined STBB he was the head of production at a well-known Johannesburg based conveyancing firm, and as such has built up a good track record in the Johannesburg property industry. Armand is a born leader who possesses the ability to be a good lawyer, to run a business, to maintain client relationships and to build new client relationships all at the same time. He is a strategic planner who can work under pressure, and a very good problem solver. He places a high premium on professional integrity, and that is evident in the lasting client relationships that he has built up over the years. Armand is an avid golfer and enjoys hitting the gym every morning before starting his day.
