AMY-LEE VAN DER HEYDEN

Amy-Lee is an Associate in STBB Cape Town’s Property Law and Conveyancing department. She graduated with an LLB from the University of the Western Cape in 2022. Amy later completed her articles of clerkship at STBB and was admitted as an Attorney in August 2025. In her current role, she focuses on various aspects of residential and sectional title developments, development bonds, as well as the registration of transfers and bonds. During her studies, Amy was a coordinator of the UWC Street Law Society and volunteered with the Black Lawyers Association. A hardworking individual, she is committed to delivering excellent client service.
