ALLAN WHITE

Allan White is a practising Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer based in our Claremont branch. Allan’s schooling was completed in Zimbabwe and he graduated from the University of Cape Town. He joined STBB in 2004 as a Director and has always specialised in property law. He is currently actively involved in the Claremont Development Department, part of STBB’s Development Law Unit, overseeing the registration of residential housing developments, both sectional and freehold title. He has also become involved in retirement housing (including shareblock and life right) from project establishment to acting as general legal counsel for various retirement villages in the Western Cape. In addition Allan has knowledge of Trust administration and can advise in all matters including taxation, related to property investment and development. He has an interest in cyberlaw and a passion for education, carrying the responsibility for STBB’s CSI budget and allocation of bursaries for law students at various universities. Allan still participates in long distance running events and is a Liverpool supporter.
