Conveyancing Correspondent | The Western Cape Deeds Registry: Cape Town Confirms Relocation

Earlier this week, the Office of the Western Cape Deeds Registry: Cape Town issued a notice confirming that the much-discussed and anticipated relocation of the Western Cape Deeds Registry: Cape Town (‘the Deeds Office’) is scheduled to begin today, Friday, 28th February 2025.

The Deeds Office’s relocation to Foreshore Place, 2 Riebeek Street, Cape Town CBD will take place over the weekend and is expected to conclude by Sunday, 2nd March 2025.

Accordingly, the Registrar of Deeds indicates that full Deeds Office services will resume on Monday, 3rd March 2025.

Current contact numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged.
