SYDNEY MAINSTONE

Sydney is a Candidate Attorney in the Property Law and Conveyancing department at STBB Claremont. She completed her four-year LLB at the University of Cape Town in 2024, graduating cum laude. During her studies, Sydney made the Dean’s Merit List every year, was invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society, and assisted community members through Students for Law and Social Justice. Additionally, she participated in UCT’s Mentorship Programme as a Law Mentor, for which received a Mentorship Award. In her final semester, Sydney undertook the UCT Law Clinic elective, which exposed her to real-world legal problems at an early stage of her legal journey and helped hone her interpersonal and time management skills.
