During the month of August, the STBB Family Law Department will assist parents in need with completing the following maintenance applications for a nominal fee:
– We assist with the preparation and completion of the necessary documents for an application to enforce an existing maintenance order, including a divorce order.
– In the event that someone is no longer able to afford their maintenance contributions, or that the maintenance that is received is insufficient, STBB can assist with the preparation and completion of all necessary documents in order to bring an application for the variation or discharge of an existing maintenance order.
– Parents who do not currently have an existing maintenance order in place, we will assist with the preparation and completion of the necessary documents to apply for the maintenance order in respect of dependent children.
Over and above the preparation of the necessary paperwork, STBB will provide clients with advice on which court the completed application must be submitted to, as well as an explanation of what to expect before, during, and after the matter will be heard in court.This service is available at a fixed fee, for the duration of August 2020.
