Shafeeqah is a Conveyancer and practicing Attorney with rights of appearance in the Regional and District Magistrates’ Courts of South Africa. Previously a candidate attorney at STBB from 2020 to 2021, Shafeeqah was appointed as an Associate in 2022 and is currently based in our Helderberg branch. Shafeeqah's career knowledge and experience is in conveyancing and general litigation, as well as conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions, particularly Agreements of sale; Antenuptial contracts; Deeds of transfer; Lease agreements; Powers of attorney; Service agreements; Shareblock agreements and Wills.
