Lindiswa is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. An Associate at STBB Cape Town, she is both head of the Bond Cancellations department and regularly assists the firm’s largest retail practice with the drafting of agreements of sale and various ancillary contracts. Lindiswa obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Western Cape (UWC) where she was an active member of the Black Lawyers’ Association (BLA-SC). She is proud to have collaborated with the UWC Alumni Relations Office to secure funding for hundreds of food insecure UWC students in 2016. Through hard work and academic excellence, Lindiswa became a member of the Law Faculty’s Top Achievers’ Programme, was honoured with a Dean’s Merit Award in 2018, and was invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society. Lindiswa is privileged to have been mentored by Regional Court Magistrates, Siviwe Yakhe and Cathy Page, in 2017-2018 as part of South African Chapter of International Association of Women Judges (SAC-IAWJ). Outside of the office, she is actively involved in community service.
