Profile

Bernice completed her LLB and LLM degrees at the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in the Western Cape High Court. She joined STBB in 2014 and is currently practising as a Senior Associate based at the Blouberg branch. Bernice specialises in all aspects of Property Law with specific focus on residential property sales and transfers, and also the drafting, negotiating and concluding agreements of sale and other ancillary documents. Bernice is very passionate about educating and training key players in the property industry and always ensures that our clients come first.
