Join Liezl and Nicholas and the STBB Cape Town Team for a sunrise gathering designed to energise and connect. Whether you’re there to network, catch up, or simply enjoy the music, you’re in for something refreshing and completely different.

We’ll be serving up free, expertly brewed coffee from some of the best baristas in town, along with a spread of morning snacks and wholesome treats – all to the soundtrack of a live set by a renowned Cape Town DJ who’s played at some of the city’s top venues.

Come dressed however you feel most comfortable – gym gear, office wear, or casual – it’s all welcome. No pressure, just presence.
