STBB has made every reasonable effort to secure your use of the APP and to keep the information disclosed to you by the APP, updated at all times. However:

• In as far as any function or information displayed are reliant on third parties over whose processes STBB has no control, no liability will arise for STBB if the third party information changes or is amended at any time.
• The use of the product and access to information are supplied in good faith and are accurate to our knowledge. Neither STBB, nor the APP service providers, or any party referred to in the APP, will be liable for any loss, damage or expense of whatever nature resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the APP.

By using the APP, you agree that you access information that may be confidential, private, subject to legal privilege or otherwise protected by law.
