ZAMA MADUNGANDABA

Zama practices as an Associate in our Conveyancing Department at the Centurion branch. She was admitted as an Attorney in 2019, and qualified as a Notary and Conveyancer in 2021. Zama holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Law, Marketing, Economics, and Insurance & Risk) and a post-graduate Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand. During her Bachelor of Laws studies, she was twice on the Dean's merit list. Zama has broad experience in township establishment and development, residential transfers and bonds. She also has experience with property transactions within REITS (Real Estate Investment Trust), commercial property transactions and contracts. In her free time she enjoys exercising, spending time with family, reading and writing, music production, fashion design, farming as well as podcasting.
