RIZAAR SMIDT

Rizaar studied at the University of the Western Cape where he obtained his LLB degree cum laude. He served his articles of clerkship at STBB where he gained valuable experience in general litigation. Rizaar was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2022, and he currently practices as such in STBB’s litigation department in Cape Town. He focuses on all aspects of general litigation, including Sectional Title Law, Property Law, Commercial disputes, Eviction Law, Administrative Law and Contract Law. He is proficient in drafting and facilitating court process, debt collection processes and alternative dispute resolution.
