Pamela is a practising Attorney, Notary Public, and Conveyancer based at the Sandton branch of STBB. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa and has a National Diploma in Real Estate from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Prior to commencing her articles of clerkship at STBB, Pamela worked in the property valuations industry in the area of municipal valuations and gained experience in valuing residential, industrial, agricultural, and commercial properties. She is a qualified Professional Associate Valuer, registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).
In September 2019, Pamela was appointed to serve on the committee of the Cape Town Candidate Attorneys’ Association (CTCAA) as the Deputy Chairperson. Since November 2021, she has served as a Board Member of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), a role she was appointed to by the Minister of Human Settlements. In this capacity, Pamela has made significant contributions to the property industry, participating in various sub-committees such as the Industry Transformation Committee and the Legal, Claims and Compliance Committee. Currently, Pamela serves on the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and the Education, Professionalisation and CPD Committee, and is the Chairperson of the Industry Transformation Committee.
Outside of the office, Pamela is an avid fitness fanatic. On 9th June 2024, she ran her first Comrades Marathon, earning a Bill Rowan Medal with an impressive finish time of 8 hours and 58 minutes. Her love for running has led her to become an ambassador for the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, where she works with brands and sponsors like Adidas and Sanlam to achieve World Major Status by October 2024.
Above all, Pamela has a passion for public speaking and training in areas of property law, social upliftment through sports, and the innovation of the property industry.
