LEONÉ OOSTHUIZEN

Leoné is a Senior Associate in the Property Development Department at STBB Claremont. She studied at the University of Stellenbosch where she completed a BA (Law) and Postgraduate LLB. Thereafter, she attended the UCT School for Legal Practice where she graduated at the top of her class. Leoné commenced her articles of clerkship at STBB in 2017 and was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2018. With both a keen interest and experience in property development, sectional title schemes, drafting of contracts, property transfers, and various property-related matters, Leoné is able to assist clients with their development projects from start to finish, and believes that exceptional client service lies at the forefront of any successful business relationship. Outside of the office, Leoné enjoys the beach, playing the piano, spending time with her friends and family, and embracing all that Cape Town has to offer.
