CHLOE VENTER

Chloe is an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public. She joined STBB in 2014 whilst studying for her BCom LLB degree and was later promoted to an Associate in the Property Law and Conveyancing Department of our Blouberg branch. Chloe is based at our Cape Town branch and is head of the Cancellations department. As a Conveyancer, Chloe’s main focus is on residential property transactions and the registration of mortgage bonds, but her practice extends over the full spectrum of all property related matters. She is well equipped with the skills necessary to advise on all non-resident related property issues as well as Capital Gains Tax applicable to property sale transactions. She also attends to the drafting of contracts including agreements of sale, joint ownership agreements, lease agreements, notarial authentication certificates and antenuptial contracts. Chloe’s further focus is on the marketing of the firm generally to financial institutions and the reporting on live bond registration instructions to the particular mortgage origination channels and financial institutions.
