BERNO BOTHA

Berno graduated with a B Com (Law) degree in 2018 and an LLB degree in 2020 from the North-West University in Potchefstroom. He completed his articles in Pretoria in 2022 at a law firm where he gained experience in property developments. This triggered his interest in the specialized field of conveyancing. He joined the STBB Sandton branch early in 2023 as an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. Berno focuses on sectional title developments, housing projects and the registration of transfers and bonds which result from these developments. He also has a keen interest in the establishment of townships and enjoys the interaction with all the other professionals from the different disciplines involved in the town planning process.
