ASHLEY GARDINER

Ashley attended the University of Cape Town from 2015 to 2019 where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2017, thereafter completing her LLB in 2019. During her LLB she was appointed as the Chairperson of the University’s Constitutional Committee which was tasked with reviewing and approving the standing rules and constitutions of all student societies and providing binding interpretations on all student governance legislation. She also volunteered at the UCT Law Clinic where she assisted clients with drafting wills and instituting divorce proceedings. Ashley is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Prior to starting her articles at STBB, Ashley moved to Vietnam to teach English to school-aged children.

Ashley is an Associate in the litigation department at our Tyger Valley branch.
