{"id":695,"date":"2015-06-30T16:26:04","date_gmt":"2015-06-30T14:26:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stbb.co.za\/dev2\/?p=695"},"modified":"2019-11-05T06:01:06","modified_gmt":"2019-11-05T04:01:06","slug":"home-owners-automatic-mechanism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stbb.co.za\/dev2\/home-owners-automatic-mechanism\/","title":{"rendered":"Home Owner&#8217;s Automatic Mechanism"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The National Credit Act 34 of 2005 \u00a0(\u201cthe NCA\u201d) has a mechanism whereby a defaulting debtor can automatically (and even without the knowledge of the creditor or the debtor himself) \u201creinstate\u201d a credit agreement.
