\nIn such an instance, please contact the person you are dealing with at STBB by telephone and bring the matter to his\/her attention, immediately. Please ensure that the number you are telephoning is in fact the correct STBB telephone number.<\/p>\n
Please also do not give out STBB’s bank details to anyone in an email, SMS message or otherwise. Such messaging is at risk of being intercepted by hackers who then change the bank details.<\/p>\n
