We have been advised that the City of Cape Town is experiencing a backlog with the process of creating rates accounts for new property owners, which follows after it has received notification of registration of transfer. Significant progress is being made at present to deal with the backlog, after the source of the challenge was identified at the end of January 2021.<\/p>\n
