Met ingang van 1 Maart 2021 sal die nasionale minimum loon\u00a0<b data-stringify-type=\"bold\">R21,69<\/b>\u00a0per gewone werksuur beloop.<\/p>\n<p>Die nasionale minimum loon is betaalbaar vir gewone werksure en sluit nie die betaal van toelae (soos vervoer, gereedskap, kos en verblyf), betalings in natura (kostes of losies), fooitjies, bonusse en geskenke in nie.<\/p>\n<p>In die staatskoerant word daar ook uitsonderings uiteengesit met betrekking tot sekere werkersgroepe, onder andere huishoudelike werkers, wie geregtig is op &#8216;n minimum loon van R19,09 per gewone werksuur.<\/p>\n<p>Hoewel die nasionale minimum loonkommissie ideaal die bepalings gelykmatig op alle werknemers regoor die land, ongeag die sektor waarin hul werk sou wou toepas, word laer minimums vir sekere sektore, soos plaas- en huishoudelike werkers, ingestel om buitensporige ontwrigtinge in daardie sektore te voorkom &#8211;\u00a0met die oog daarop om geleidelik &#8216;n minimum koers in alle sektore te behaal.<\/p>\n<p>Kontak ons gerus op\u00a0<span class=\"c-link--button\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\" data-stringify-link=\"mailto:info@stbb.co.za\" data-sk=\"tooltip_parent\" aria-haspopup=\"menu\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-disabled=\"false\">info@stbb.co.za<\/span>\u00a0vir meer inligting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Minister van Arbeid, Thulas Nxesi, het gister, 8 Februarie 2021, die nuwe minimum loon vir Suid-Afrikaanse werknemers bespreek.
