While there are a number of variables affecting the full purchase price and bond values, there is a marked decline for 2020 as detailed in the table below. This is attributed specifically to the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18758 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/stbb.co.za\/dev2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/stbb-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"846\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, there is currently a marked increase in activity in the sector.
