So \u2018n praktisyn tree op ingevolge \u2018n skriftelike magtiging van die geregistreerde eienaar in terme waarvan daar aan hom of haar die bevoegdheid verleen word om die deeltitelskema binne te gaan, foto\u2019s te neem van die eenheid, om \u2018n ingaande of uitgaande inspeksie te voltooi of om die eenheid te wys vir \u2018n potensi\u00eble koper of huurder.<\/p>\n<p>Op 1 Junie 2020 het Suid-Afrika beweeg na Vlak 3 van Imperking en ingevolge die Regulasies wat uitgevaardig is kragtens die Wet op Rampbestuur, 57 van 2002 op 28 Mei 2020, mag \u2018n persoon sy tuiste verlaat om enige diens te verrig wat sodoende toegelaat word onder Vlak 3 Inperking. Die dienste en funksies wat deur \u2018n eiendomspraktisyn verrig word, word hierby ingesluit.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018n Eiendomspraktisyn wie dus optree as \u2018n gemagtigde agent van \u2018n geregistreerde eienaar van \u2018n eenheid kan derhalwe nie deur die Beheerliggaam van \u2018n deeltitelskema belet word om die ontwikkeling te betree nie. In die meeste gevalle bevat die Gedrags- of Bestuursre\u00ebls ook geen bepaling wat so \u2018n optrede sal regverdig nie. \u2018n Beheerliggaam moet egter versigtig wees om die reg in hul eie hande te neem.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018n Eienaar sal by magte wees om \u2018n hof te nader vir \u2018n bevel om toegang of besit te herstel en sal ook suksesvol wees met \u2018n kostebevel in sy guns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dit het standaard praktyk geword vir \u2018n eienaar om \u2018n eiendomspraktisyn aan te stel om sy eenheid te koop te lys of om die verhuring daarvan te hanteer.
