Sarah Harris
Sarah studied at the University of Cape Town (UCT) between 2013 and 2017. During this time she completed her BSC(law) degree majoring in Sociology and Legal Theory in 2015. Thereafter she graduated in 2017 with her Bachelor of Laws (LLB). During her LLB, Sarah took a keen interest in Regulation and Governance, Labour Law, the Law of Succession, and South African Mineral Law. Sarah also volunteered for LAWCO, a community orientated student body which aims to inform underprivileged high school children of their Constitutional rights, and mentoring the children to assist them in making an informed decision of their studies after high school. Sarah was also a member of the MOOT Society at UCT as well as being a member of the UCT Ladies 2nd Team Hockey during her studies there. At present, Sarah is a member of the Montague Arena Action Hockey Summer Series 2019 and also loves to dabble in park runs around the Western Cape. She completed the Knysna Forest half marathon in 2018.

During her Articles at STBB she has been exposed to conveyancing of property developments, and the drafting of various legal agreements. She hopes to rotate in the litigation departments in due course.

She has a keen interest in understanding the relationship between the conveyancing process, and how it relates to the bigger picture of property investment patterns within South Africa. She aims to become an admitted attorney after her Articles with us.
