JESSICA WALTERS

Jessica is a Candidate Attorney currently in the Commercial department of the STBB Claremont branch. She completed a post-graduate LLB degree at the University of Cape Town in 2022, this after obtaining a Bachelors of Arts degree majoring in political science, philosophy and economics at the University of Stellenbosch in 2019. While at the University of Stellenbosch, Jessica received a merit bursary award for academic excellence and a Golden Key Award from the Golden Key International Honour Society. Throughout her tertiary education, she worked part time in the real estate industry where she gained significant exposure to the property industry. Jessica is interested in different fields of law, including Property Law, Intellectual Property, Competition Law and Commercial Litigation and is looking forward to exploring these fields and finding her feet in the legal industry. Outside of the office Jessica is passionate about outdoor activities and is an avid mountain biker, enjoys spending time at the beach and visiting markets.
